JUAN DAVID BELTRÁN RODRÍGUEZ

My name is Juan David Beltrán Rodríguez, I was born in Bogotá, Colombia, in 2003. I am the eldest of two brothers. I was born into a marriage that was the fruit of the Neocatechumenal Way. My parents have transmitted the faith to me and my brother from a very young age. In 2019 I listened to the catechesis of the Camino and began to be part of a community, at that time, the 9th of the "La Sagrada Familia" parish in Bogotá, currently my community there is the 4th of the same parish.

In the year 2021, my life would change profoundly, I arrived at the beginning of the course at that moment destroyed by the bonds of my own sins, and there I experienced the tenderness of God towards me, I felt so loved that I experienced a very deep desire. strong to spend my life announcing what was saving me, and is saving my life, the good news, the love of God. After this event, by pure mercy of God, I was invited to do an experience at the Redemptoris Mater Seminary in Bogotá.

After two years of being there and experiencing many memorials, on December 5, 2023, I was sent to the Redemptoris Mater Seminary "San Pedro Claver" of Esmeraldas in Quito, Ecuador. Here in Quito I walk in the 4th community of the parish of San Blas. I bless and praise the Lord for the history of salvation that he is doing with me, for bringing me to this desert to hear his voice. How will I repay the Lord for all the good he has done to me?
