ÁNGEL JAIR LÓPEZ FRANCO

My name is Ángel Jair López Franco, I am Ecuadorian from Esmeraldas, I was born in 2002: I am the second of three brothers and I grew up in a family of natural religiosity. I entered the Neocatechumenal Way at the invitation of Fr. Abel Cabrera in the "Virgen de Fátima" parish of Esmeraldas and I walk in the 1st community of this parish.

The catechisms helped me to see a God who loves me as I am and does not exclude me, and I entered the Camino without really knowing what I was getting into. Thanks to the celebration of the word, the Eucharist and the monthly get-togethers, the desire to give my life totally to Christ was born in me: after a few years I entered the youth vocational center and during a vocational get-together they sent me on a mission to Basin. The mission confirmed my vocation and thus, in August 2022, I entered the Redemptoris Mater "San Pedro Claver" seminary in Esmeraldas, located in Quito, Ecuador. Here in Quito, I walk in the 13th community of the parish of San Isidro del Inca.
